Stanislav "Malr1ne" Potorak, the mid-laner for
Team Falcons, stated that the potential departure of Ammar "ATF" Al-Assaf from the team would not be the best decision for him. According to the player, their roster is one of the best options for continuing his career.
He shared this in a post-match interview at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024.
"If you look at it from Ammar's perspective, our team's prospects would still be better, considering the fact that we've already worked together for a year. You could say it was not just a warm-up but a merging process. Then comes consolidation, so it would be more productive for him to just stay with us"
Malr1ne noted that ATF decided to remain with
Team Falcons, believing that their team still has the best prospects on the professional Dota 2 scene. However, based on Malr1ne's words, it can be inferred that ATF may have considered offers from other teams during the global reshuffle but ultimately chose to stay with Team Falcons.
ATF himself has not made any statements regarding plans to change teams or transfer offers from other Dota 2 rosters.
Recall that earlier, ATF made a loud statement after
Team Falcons victory at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024.
