Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak said he was satisfied with
Team Falcons' preparation for the Riyadh Masters 2025 (Esports World Cup) Dota 2 tournament. The player hopes for a decent result after six months of setbacks.
The player made this statement on Telegram.
"Riyadh starts on the 8th, so there's not much time left, and we'll be enjoying Dota. I don't know how it will go, but you'll be watching and cheering us on.
I hope everything will be fine and we'll get back on our feet. But I, at least, am satisfied with our preparation, very satisfied, considering the last six months. So I'll hope for the best and just try my best, put all my energy into it. We'll see what happens."
Last year,
Team Falcons won a number of major Tier 1 tournaments, achieving one of the best results on the Dota 2 pro scene. However, since the beginning of 2025, the team has shown a significant decline in results. Over the past six months,
Team Falcons has not won a single Tier 1 championship, limiting itself to second place at BLAST Slam III and FISSURE PLAYGROUND 1.
We would like to remind you that earlier, Dmitry “Inmate” Filinov explained when fans should expect the current
Team Falcons lineup to disband.
