Malik spoke out about his move to Chimera Esports

Abdimalik “Malik” Sailau stated that Chimera Esports representatives offered him to join the team as a stand-in. Although the player already had other offers, he chose this team as the best option.

The corresponding statement was made by the player on YouTube.

“Two days ago they wrote: “We need a standin”. And here it is.

There were other offers, but they're all not great.”

The player also stated that he considered Chimera Esports as a potential team right after leaving Team Spirit, as he originally wanted to play with Ivan “OneJey” Zhivitsky and Nikita “Pantomem” Balaganin in L1ga Team, but at that time the players were already on a new team.

“Yes. After Team Spirit, I wanted to play in L1ga Team with Pantomem and OneJey. I knew I would be looking for a team in the new year and they were already in Chimera Esports. There were other offers, but they weren't all great.”

As a reminder, at FISSURE PLAYGROUND, Abdimalik “Malik” Sailau played against Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov, whom he was replacing in the Team Spirit lineup.
