Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov believes that
Team Spirit made the right decision, giving young but promising players the opportunity to prove themselves.
The corresponding opinion was shared by the caster in a private Twitch broadcast.
“I think the Spirit roster is on the right path of rejuvenation and replacements with promising players. They've already made it to DreamLeague 24 despite the substitutions. Already beat some of their competitors.”
Caster also believes that the mass departure of pro players to inactives will benefit the team. According to the caster, if the top teams are facing problems now,
Team Spirit's revamped roster will jump one step higher.
“Imagine that now two or three top teams will collapse because everyone has inactives and people don't play Dota. And Spirit's roster would be a couple of notches higher.”
Team Spirit with Alan “Satanic” Galliamov, Alexander “Rue” Filin and Abdimalik “Malik” Silau made it to DreamLeague Season 24 through the lower grid despite losing to
BandaNoone in the team's first match.
Recall that earlier Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov spoke frankly about the departure of star players inactive.
