Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov said that
PARIVISION should not have agreed to participate in the BLAST Slam 4 Dota 2 tournament in the first place if the team knew that it might not be able to fit into the tournament schedule.
The commentator shared this opinion on Telegram.
"Yes, the schedule is tough. I have no questions for the organizers. I have real questions for those who agreed at first and are now backing out. No, of course, it's better now than it was during the tournament, but how did you agree in the first place? Did you think Singapore was some village 500 km away? In short, it was obvious months ago."
Nevertheless, Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov acknowledges the fact that due to the overly busy schedule, teams are unable to participate in all Tier 1 tournaments, as events with high prize pools are scheduled with virtually no breaks, forcing teams to prioritize.
"I discussed this on the stream. Flying to Singapore, then back... It's crazy. And it would be okay if there was only one tournament per season. But tomorrow another one starts, and then another one after that.
Experts write about online groups. Okay. Online groups. PARIVISION goes through them and flies to Singapore. And then what? Stay there? Then you have to fly back to PGL Wallachia. Even if you drop out, you have to fly home. Now do you understand? Or are they registering for the tournament and deliberately losing the groups? Or are they dropping out after the groups?"
Let us remind you that, according to the official statement of the esports organization,
PARIVISION plans to start the new competitive season by participating in the FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 tournament.
