Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov believes that
Team Spirit had no other alternative to replace Airat ‘Silent’ Gaziev except Milan “MiLAN” Kozomara.
The commentator shared this opinion on Telegram.
"Milan will really be Spirit's coach at Wallachia.
It should be noted right away that he understands Russian. It will be difficult for them to switch to English, as not everyone on the team is good at it.
The list of teams he has played for and coached is impressive. But what did you expect? Who else could they take now? There are simply no coaches. And then, don't forget the basic fact that bad players often make great coaches."
According to Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov, there are currently very few worthy candidates for the position of coach on the Dota 2 pro scene, and the absence of a language barrier in communication with players was an additional factor in favor of Milan “MiLAN” Kozomara. Moreover, the caster noted the long list of teams the coach has worked with and pointed out that even the least successful players often perform well as mentors.
Earlier, Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov explained why the team chose Milan ‘MiLAN’ Kozomara as coach instead of Filipe “Astini” Astini.
