He posted a rebus on his Telegram, featuring the flag of Pakistan with a transition to Bleed Esports.

The reference could also apply to SumaiL's older brother, Yawar "YawaR" Hassan. However, SumaiL's unexpected switch to the SEA region servers suggests that he might soon join the roster of the Singapore-based team.

Neither the club nor the player has made any official statements on this matter yet, but an announcement might be expected soon, considering SumaiL is playing on the Singapore server, the home base of Bleed Esports.
