Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov stated that Team Falcons' losses in the Counter-Strike 2 tournament grand finals do not put pressure on the team.

The player shared his thoughts on Telegram.

“I don't feel any pressure because of the lost finals. It actually gives me more motivation.”

Acording to Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, the team views its losses in tournament grand finals as motivation for further development. Since the end of last year, Team Falcons has reached the grand finals of Tier 1 tournaments five times: ESL Pro League Season 22, BLAST Rivals Fall 2025, BLAST Bounty Winter 2026, PGL Astana 2026, and the CS Asia Championships 2026. However, the team lost all of the decisive series during this period.
