Ilya “Lil” Ilyuk accused his former teammates from the
Virtus.pro Dota 2 roster of creating a hostile work environment.
The player made this statement on Twitch.
“First, they systematically applied ‘fair’ psychological pressure, creating an unhealthy work atmosphere where it was impossible to hit your targets, and then they kicked me and berated me as I left. History remains silent on how ‘fairly’ they kicked the next four players following the same scenario.”
According to a statement by Ilya “Lil” Ilyuk, the Dota 2 esports player was regularly subjected to psychological pressure within the
Virtus.pro roster, which his teammates considered to be fair treatment. The player noted that due to the atmosphere within the team, it was difficult to perform at a decent level, after which he was removed from the roster with negative feedback.
