The latest Dota 2 update extremely disappointed players

Valve released an update for Dota 2 however it disappointed fans with a total lack of new content in the game.

It turned out that the update simply ended the winter season of Dota Plus and replaced the quests for subscription users. The game also ended another season of the Quirky Quartiero curiosities, and now players can no longer earn new experience, nor receive free rewards.

Players expected that together with the update at least a minimal level of content would be released and that Dota 2 would get a letter patch, or at least a new treasure, but that didn’t happen. The only thing available for players now is the battle report for December–March 2026.

When a full patch or an update with new content will be released is still unknown, because Valve did not make any official announcements yet.
