Such opinion from the Team Spirit midlaner was expressed in a video message, which was published on the official Telegram channel of the esports organization.

" Azure Ray picked heroes better. They consistently had the better closing hero. We couldn't play from a strong line, from a dominant position.

On the first map, we fell for Storm Spirit. We discussed the hero during the draft, but for some reason, we didn't ban it. It was a free game for Storm Spirit against Rubick and Arc Warden. On the second map, we discussed the pick for a long time. We thought opponents might pick Templar Assassin. We fell for the opponent's good pick. Not a good result, but there are still many tournaments ahead."

Team Spirit played against Azure Ray in the lower bracket quarterfinals of the BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 Dota 2 tournament, losing to the opponent with a score of 2:0.
