Larl revealed the real reason for his career break

Denis “Larl” Sigitov said that he took a break not for personal reasons, but because the team gave him the opportunity to take a break from his career before the main tournaments of the season.

The player announced this on Twitch.

"It's not for personal reasons, my manager just told me: 'If you want to take a break, now is the best time to do so because we have a new coach and new drafts. If you want to take a break and rest before TI and Riyadh Masters because you've never taken a break before, you can do so.' It was for the sake of rest, not because of any personal problems. They just offered it, that's all."

According to Denis “Larl” Sigitov, Team Spirit informed the player that he could take a vacation during a period of intense changes in the team. The esports player admitted that during his break, he simply enjoyed his free time and hardly played Dota 2 at all.

“To rest, not play, wake up at any time, play or not play Dota — do whatever you want. To be a free person. No, I just watched. I didn't even touch the computer.”
