Yes, time is not ideal. It's harder to play for some players in late matches. Some of my teammates get tired by the night, someone tries to sleep during the day. Personally, I'm fine - I was going to watch the MMA matches today.
It's a bit strange that two matches are played in a day, and they still end so late. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future. I don't know why this is - maybe this is the best time for the fans. This problem also happens in LANs when the game day ends after midnight. This is ridiculous, I hope we move away from this.
About managing your own organization:
This is extremely difficult. I am very happy that there are great guys around me who do most of the work. Obviously, the coronavirus has interfered with many things in everyone's life, but ... It's fun. I'm glad I decided to create Nigma. I think that as long as we live, there is no need to waste time regretting anything. It's fun and challenging, but I can handle it. I will always accept the most difficult challenges in my life - this is the only thing that allows me to enjoy it and develop.
