Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov suggested that Valve should add a special PvE mode to Dota 2, one that would perfectly fit the Monster Hunter crossover and let five players fight bosses together.
He shared this idea during he’s Twitch stream
“Do you know what’s missing in the Dota main menu? I want some kind of map, so there would be progression on it. Or a treasure chest. There is, of course, the Hunter Rank, but I want more interactiv.
Considering they made Monster Hunter, and that game was all about you poking huge and scary bosses, it would be nice to make a PvE-event where you could poke this bosses with friends. That would also be cool. Doesn’t seem very hard — make it for five players, add some cool bosses and a couple new abilites”
According to him, the crossover turned out good, but he wants more interactive content that a PvE mode could provide. He explained that they should create a separate map where five players can walk around, explore and fight mobs and bosses
As bosses, he proposed using creatures from Monster Hunter, which would even deepen the collab between the games.
Earlier, Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov stated that
Team Spirit might kick Nikita “Panto” Balaganin.
