Korb3n spoke candidly about Team Spirit’s failure at the EWC

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov believes that Team Spirit’s Dota 2 roster demonstrated improvement in their preparation for the 2026 Esports World Cup, despite the final result.

The team manager made this statement on Twitch.

“The result… Well, it’s… What’s there to evaluate? Our overall play definitely got better. I judge more by the amount of work put in, the results of practice matches, and so on. But the result is… not the best. We got what we deserved based on how we played.”

According to Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, the team is dissatisfied with the final result, which was one of Team Spirit’s worst in the Esports World Cup series. Nevertheless, the manager believes that over the course of the tournament, the team demonstrated that their hard work paid off compared to their previous performances.
