Korb3n Reflected on the Departure of Collapse and Yatoro from Team Spirit

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov stated that the team is ready to give Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov or Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk the opportunity to take a break from their careers to rest.

The Team Spirit manager made this statement on Twitch.

“Spirit can give Collapse or Yatoro the chance to take a break—go on vacation or somewhere else. We could force Yatoro, for example: ‘No, you’re not going anywhere to rest; play Dota.’ But there’s no bench in Dota, so what can we do? The player will simply play poorly, burn out, or something else will happen.”

Acording to Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, the esports organization has the ability to put pressure on players if they lack motivation to play. However, in such a situation, the esports player will simply perform poorly due to burnout, which is why the Team Spirit manager believes it’s better to give the player a chance to rest by letting a substitute play if the player needs it.

As a reminder, Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov previously reflected on how much longer professional Dota 2 will last.
