Team Spirit Manager Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov shared that Miroslav “Mira” Kolpakov was not always inclined to play for
Aurora. In fact, Belov noted that Mira hoped to side with another team.
This is not new as he previously noted during a Twitch stream while reviewing
Aurora latest roster.
“None of these people originally wanted to be in this team. They all had different plans. Nightfall was supposed to be in another team, Mira also expected to join a different team, and as for Sanya, I don't know. But in the end, I'm explaining to you, things in esports, in their teams, in their careers, played out in a way that led them all to this team. They are all adults and should understand that perfectly”
He claims that it was almost certain that Mira and Nightfall had at least intended to play for another club. For some reason, their plans did not work out and as a result Mira and Nightfall joined
Aurora which was not the intended plan.
Neither Korb3n, Mira, or Nightfall have spoken on the topic yet. While the two-time Dota 2 world champion has not commented on his stance, he expressed a preference to play for
Tundra Esports.
Previously, Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov shared the reasons behind
Team Spirit decision to take out Mira from the team.
