Korb3n explained why Yatoro became Team Spirit’s drafter

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov stated that Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk took on the role of drafter for Team Spirit on his own initiative.

The Team Spirit manager announced this on Twitch.

“Why is Yatoro drafting? Because he wanted to. Well, he has been expressing a desire to draft for a long time — since 2022, I think. We decided that now is the best time to let him try. Panto was not against it. That's all.”

According to Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk has long wanted to take responsibility for Team Spirit's drafts, which he first announced back in 2022. The Team Spirit manager noted that the team decided to give the carry a chance to try his hand at drafting, and Nikita “Panto” Balaganin was not opposed to such a change.

Earlier, Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov criticized Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk's play, blaming the player for Team Spirit's defeat at BLAST Slam 6.
