Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov believes that the Dota 2 pro scene will no longer have stars such as Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk, Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov, Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko, or Alan “Satanic” Gallyamov.
The
Team Spirit manager shared this opinion on Twitch.
“Yes, there will no longer be such bright talents as Yatoro, Collapse, Pure, or Satanic in Dota, there won't be any more, that's it, relax.”
Acording to Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov, the era of star players in Dota 2 is over, and team cohesion has become more important. The
Team Spirit manager noted that now, fairly mediocre teams often beat legendary esports players or play on par with them.
"Dota has changed, do you even see what's hapening? Puppey's team and Akademik are playing naturally here, they are playing on equal terms, fighting hard, the score is 1-1. In the previous Dota, it was impossible for the top 600 to come and play on equal terms with guys who have 16,000 points. Or against legends like Puppey."
We would like to remind you that earlier, Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov identified the main problem with modern Dota 2, which the developers are in no hurry to fix.
