Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov was dissatisfied with the format of the Riyadh Masters 2025. He disliked the long breaks between matches the most.

The Team Spirit manager stated this on Twitch.

"Yes, the format is not very good. But I didn't like it even more because of the single elimination — we won, so what's there to complain about? Now, for me, this format is obviously the best.

In fact, the only thing I didn't like was that you're at the tournament for 14 days — 8 of which you rest and 6 you play. That's a bit too much. It's not quite right, it shouldn't be like that, in my opinion."

At the same time, Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov pointed out that the issue was not the absence of a lower bracket, which was complained about by teams that were eliminated from the tournament early, but rather the long break between matches, when Team Spirit immediately advanced to the playoffs with first place in the group. The team also had a day off after the first match of the final stage.
