Kamil "Koma'" Biktimirov, a
Team Spirit streamer, will be able to participate in ESL tournaments by the end of this year. Organizers are expected to unban him, despite the lifetime penalty from Valve.
The esports athlete announced this during a Twitch livestream.
"I got banned by Valve and PGL. ESL is a completely different story. In the end, this TO will unban me. In short, I don't know. You just need to have high points by December. You'll be able to play some qualifiers, troll, play some streamer tournaments. I wouldn't say it's a complete unban"
Koma' emphasized that while he will be able to participate in Dota 2 tournaments, it does not negate the Valve ban. However, it is not ruled out that the player may return to the professional Dota scene as an esports athlete.
Recall that the scandal involving Koma' escalated anew after the publication of screenshots with suspicious transfers to his account.
