Gleb "Kiyotaka" Zyryanov, the midlaner for 9 Pandas, may change his position and start playing as a carry or position four.

The esports athlete made this statement during an interview with Metaratings.

When asked if he is considering changing his position, especially since he tried himself in matchmaking not as a midlaner, he responded that he doesn't rule out such an option.

"Maybe, why not? Patches change, I know my strengths, and they cannot always be utilized in the midlane but could work on other roles. If I understand that my gameplay in the midlane is weak, and I don't want to retrain for a new meta, it's quite possible"

He also clarified that he might switch to the position four or carry. These roles are also comfortable for the esports athlete to play.

"Either carry or position four. Right now, I'm better on the second, but over time, I could also have potential as a carry"

Kiyotaka noted that it took him a couple of months to master a new role and show good results.

Recall that earlier, the midlaner for 9 Pandas admitted that it was the actual reason for his team's poor performance during The International 2023.
