Kiritych Pointed Out a Concerning Trend in Professional Dota 2

Ilya “Kiritych” Ulyanov admitted that he is concerned by the lack of announcements for top-tier tournaments on the Dota 2 pro scene.

The player’s statement was published on Escorenews.

“To be honest, it worries me a bit that there hasn’t been an announcement for The International 2027. It worries me that there haven’t been any announcements for tournaments like DreamLeague. I hope they’re just working on something.

BLAST has cut the prize pool. There’s nothing we can do about it. We just have to grind it out.”

According to Ilya “Kiritych” Ulyanov, the esports player is concerned by the lack of an announcement for The International 2027 and major tournaments like DreamLeague for the new season. The player also noted the reduction in prize pools at tournaments organized by BLAST. Nevertheless, Kiritych hopes that the announcements are simply delayed.
