Finn “karrigan” Andersen stated that he began to feel intense pressure from fans after joining
Team Falcons for Counter-Strike 2.
The player made this statement on Twitch.
"I’m going through a tough time right now. This is especially true regarding my individual form. This is the first time I’ve felt this kind of pressure. All eyes are on me, and everyone is watching my stats with hatred. But the team really trusts me. During match debriefs, I say every time, ‘I played badly again.’
But I keep trying. I’m doing everything I can to help the team. I’ve been yelling so much these past two days that I lost my voice, trying to motivate them in a different way. The captains will understand me. I have five areas of responsibility at once, so I can’t control my own gameplay. I can monitor my energy and how I lead.
Once I figure all this out, I’ll be able to put on better performances. It’s good that we’ll have a few days off.”
According to a statement by Finn “karrigan” Andersen, the esports player is currently focused on his captaincy duties with
Team Falcons and even lost his voice while actively communicating with his teammates during one of the recent matches. The player admitted that it is difficult for him to coordinate the team and demonstrate a high level of gameplay at the same time, and pressure from fans is exacerbating the situation.
As a reminder, earlier Daniil “Zeus” Teslenko called on
Team Falcons to consider Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov for the role of captain of the Counter-Strike 2 roster.
