Jame spoke about the situation at PARIVISION

Jame “Jame” Ali stated that PARIVISION has reached its current peak of development, as the esports player’s teammates are curently unable to fully implement most of his ideas.

The player shared this on Twitch.

“I think we’ve hit a wall right now. The team can’t grasp many of my ideas quickly enough—it’s hard for them. They just need to embrace our style of play, play it, gain experience, and build confidence. I want us to be stronger as a team. I need specific rounds, a range of different decisions—right now, that’s difficult for them. There’s a lot going on. We just need time to improve as players.”

Acording to Jame Ali, his teammates are currently struggling to execute his esports strategies, but the team needs time to develop a cohesive style of play. Jame also acknowledged that to effectively implement his strategies, he needs to establish a high level of trust with at least some of his teammates, which is currently proving dificult.

“I always need at least one or two players whom I trust 95%—then I can call. In difficult situations, I already anticipate certain things and need to say literally just one word, because I have to focus on myself so that these players understand my idea of what we need to do and help me. Right now, we don’t have a player like that, so I have to micromanage every situation.”

As a reminder, Jame Ali previously acknowledged that the PARIVISION roster currently lacks the consistency needed to achieve solid results in tournaments.
