Timofey “Interz” Yakushin is pleased with the addition of the Cache map to Counter-Strike 2 and believes it is fully ready for the competitive map pool.
The player shared this opinion in a comment for CyberMeta.
“Cache is a good addition; people like new maps. Cache will be interesting to watch; the map is ready for tournaments. I’d like to see it instead of Ancient.”
According to Timofey “Interz” Yakushin, the esports player believes fans will enjoy watching matches on Cache. The player would like to see the new map added to the game in place of Ancient.
The developers brought Cache back to CS2 as part of an update released on the night of April 29. Alexander “S1mple” Kostylev’s graffiti, which commemorated a highlight from the match against Fnatic at ESL One Cologne 2016, was removed from the map.
As a reminder, Alexander “s1mple” Kostylev previously commented on the removal of his graffiti from the Cache map.
