International 2023: When will the Dota 2 celebration event begin

This year's celebration of the main esports event could be truly grand. Reddit users have taken notice of this. Data miners delved into the client files and found an interesting detail in the code.
It turns out that preparations for the tournament event started even before celebrating Dota 2's 10th anniversary. Based on the file analysis, development began earlier and will be released significantly later than the anniversary celebration, which they decided to extend.
When will The International start?
According to Valve's statement, the group stage will begin on October 14, followed by the playoffs. The International itself will take place from October 27 to 29. Therefore, the celebration event for the tournament is expected in the second half of October.
What Can We Expect from the Celebration?
Developers have not yet announced the program, but it's quite possible that something grand is in store for players in honor of Dota 2's anniversary. Many hope to see a repeat of the free Arcana giveaway. During TI11 in 2022, every player received a package that included a free Battle Pass, a selectable Arcana, and 30 days of Dota Plus.

Analysts are more optimistic in their predictions and believe that the celebration will start very soon. Streamer Yaroslav 'NS' Kuznetsov suggested in his Telegram that we should expect the next event dedicated to The International 2023 closer to the end of September.
Valve probably thought that a three-week break between events was too long, so they extended the current event until September 18th. For those who may not have realized, this event includes free victory crates. If you haven't participated yet, you have ten more days. I think that shortly after the conclusion of this event, some event related to The International will start. Expect it after the 20th, and I would lean more towards the 25th approximately
