“I think the problem with the current system is that the games seem unimportant. They are not that exciting. Do you remember the Esports World Cup 2025 grand final between Team Spirit and Team Falcons?”

According to Aiden “iNSaNiA” Sarkoi, this trend undermines the concept of professional Dota 2, which the player considers one of the most competitive disciplines. However, over the past year, the esports player has noted a decline in this trend, calling it less exciting than previous ones. Nevertheless, iNSaNiA admits that he may have simply become too accustomed to professional Dota 2, which is why the discipline began to seem more boring.

“Something doesn't quite add up for me. Dota 2 is one of the most competitive games, one of the most difficult to learn to play well. However, now I feel that some of the hype has been removed. It has become more boring. This year is not as exciting as previous ones. Or maybe I'm just used to everything.”
