Aiden “Insania” Sarkoi believes that Neta “33” Shapira is currently going through a difficult period in his career, and this is having a significant impact on the
1win Team Dota 2 roster’s results.
The player’s statement was posted on Telegram.
“I think 33 is going through a tough time right now. A lot of his heroes have been nerfed, and laning has become more difficult.
One of the 1win captain’s weaknesses is that he’ll always play the way he’s used to and try to do what he’s good at. He’s completely committed to this. That makes him a great esports player, but when times are tough, there aren’t many ways to change the team’s dynamics because he’s the backbone of the team. He’s the drafter, and he’ll try to make his style work. But this is a very tough patch for that, so his teammates have to go above and beyond.”
According to Aiden “Insania” Sarkoi, in the current Dota 2 meta, the developers have nerfed Neta “33” Shapira’s main heroes, which has made his strategies less effective. Although Insania considers 33 to be a very strong esports player in the long run, he believes that right now the
1win Team captain is holding the team back, as his ideas aren’t working well in the current meta.
As a reminder,
1win Team previously signed all former players from the
Tundra Esports Dota 2 roster.
