Patch 7.38c came out during a game between Team Liquid and Gaimin Gladiators in FISSURE Universe 4. Within this patch, developers made adjustments to the forces of The Forest of Darkness, Roshan’s Lair, and the bottom river. This update also altered the power balance in the meta by buffing and nerfing a number of heroes.
