After the release of patch 7.39b in Dota 2, heroes on the Light side started winning most matches, noticeably outperforming the Dark side.
This is evidenced by the data from Dota2ProTracker.
Judging by the statistics, only 8 heroes show higher efficiency on the Dire side. The rest of the heroes, judging by the winrate, more often win on the Radiant side. At the same time, the difference in the percentage of wins is sometimes quite significant - some heroes win more than 60% of matches on the Light side.

The only hero that shows disastrous results on Radiant remains
Phantom Assassin. She loses 63% of matches on this side, while on Dire her winrate is 51.1%.
Earlier Valve released the summer update for Dota 2, but decided not to add the treasure trove to it.
