“Nicely done, H0kage 1337,” ILTW briefly captioned a screenshot showing his account ban. Apparently, the streamer believes the ban was caused by suspicions of smurfing. The fact is that a user with the nickname H0kage 1337 started a discussion on Reddit, where he accused ILTW of smurfing, which violates Dota 2 rules. Along with that, he attached several media files which, according to him, confirm the accusations.
Considering that Valve actively monitors signals from the community, the developers could have responded to the call to ban the streamer for breaking the rules. However, the official reason for the permanent ban of the streamer’s account is still unknown.
