ILTW honestly revealed why he won’t return to the Dota 2 pro scene

Igor “iLTW” Filatov said he does not want to go back to professional gaming since he wouldn’t be signed by a high-level team and would have to remain in bootcamps all the time.

He mentioned this during a Twitch stream.

“Joining a team makes no sense for me. I’m at a low rank and there is no chance they will pick me up in a good roster. My life does not work like that. Not to mention, I don’t have the drive. I make enough from streaming these days. The professional scene is pretty much a ‘minus life’ automatically because you will be sitting in a bootcamp and playing Dota”

In his opinion, pro players have so little free time to spare away from Dota 2 that playing the game again would not be enjoyable, so for numerous reasons, returning to the professional gaming scene is off the cards for him.
