Igor “ILTW” Filatov proposed introducing criminal liability for participating in match-fixing, which, according to the content creator, should solve the 322 problem.
The streamer shared the proposal on Twitch.
“322 needs to be punished. Easy. A person throws a match, you put him in jail for real. And that's it. No one will throw matches anymore. It's easy to do, right? What's the problem?”
Igor “ILTW” Filatov believes that participating in 322 schemes is no different from fraud, and the consequences in the form of criminal liability will be a compelling argument for players to refuse to participate in match-fixing.
"No one will do 322 because everyone will be afraid. How is 322 different from fraud? Explain. It's not."
It is worth noting that 322 scandals often lead to lifetime bans and the end of pro players' careers, but cases of criminal prosecution of their participants have only occurred in a number of countries in Southeast Asia.
Recall that earlier, Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov suspected a number of players from Oleg “Stray228” Bocharov's new team of participating in 322 matches.
