Heroic have announced a roster change in CS2

Heroic have announced the replacement of Simon “⁠yxngstxr⁠” Boije, ending his year-long tenure in the team’s starting lineup.

This was reported on the club’s official X page.

The organization thanked yxngstxr for his contributions and has moved him to the bench for now, with his future plans still unknown. It is worth noting that this is already the second roster change in a short time, as the team recently benched Linus “⁠LNZ⁠” Holtäng, after which Christoffer “⁠Chr1zN⁠” Storgaard became Heroic’s new captain.

It is also worth recalling that Simon “⁠yxngstxr⁠” joined Heroic at the beginning of 2025 alongside LNZ and Yasin “⁠xfl0ud⁠” Koç, when the team signed the entire core of Sangal. Statistically, yxngstxr was the second-worst performing player on Heroic during his tenure, with an average rating of 0.99, although he did not play in key roles.

It was also previously reported that Viktor “TaZ” Wojtas officially became the coach of BC.game, where he will be coaching Alexander “s1mple” Kostylev.
