Did Puppey Step Aside? Team Secret's Coach Moves to Team SMG for The International 2023

Song Go "Heen" Lee, the coach of Team Secret Dota 2 roster, will temporarily take on the role of coach for Team SMG. Together with this Southeast Asian team, the Korean coach will compete at The International 2023.

This information was announced by SMG's representatives on their Twitter account.

Previously, it was known that Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Borislavov, the offlaner of Nigma Galaxy, would be standing in for Team SMG. He would replace Natthaphon "Masaros" Ouanphakdee, who has been facing difficulties obtaining a visa for travel to the United States.

There has also been speculation about the possible participation of Team Secret's captain, Clement "Puppey" Ivanov, with SMG, but this information has not been confirmed yet.
