With the start of DPC 2021, it is seen several rosters with players from other organizations. From a brief interview with the heads of the NAVI, Gambit Esports and EXTREMUM organizations, it became known that the clubs have an agreement between themselves and the players to play freely.

Yes, all of our contract players can play against NAVI. I wish them good luck. As for the salary, this is not public information, everything is on different agreements. If a club wants to take the mix, they have to buy out players from different organizations separately.
Ivan Karpov, manager of the Gambit Esports team, spoke about the contracts on behalf of his organization:
More often than not, contracts prevent players from playing against their clubs. We do not interfere with the development of the player and allow to play in mixes or on loan, but when it comes to matches against us, we protect our interests and insist on substitution in the opposition. The salary information concerns the NDA (confidentiality agreement).
And finally, Evgeny Kuzmin, the sports director of EXTREMUM, gave a detailed answer on the topic of contracts and mixes:
1. We are sympathetic to the fact that a player who has gone into the mix can become our rival. The DPC season is important for any team, and we would not want a person to miss good events just because they can potentially play against us. Therefore, EXTREMUM does not have such prohibitions.
2. We pay salaries to our players who are on the bench. If they are eager to participate in official matches and tournaments for the mix, we agree that during this time they will not receive a salary from us. This is true as players are competing for a different tag and are competing for their own prize money.
3. Yes, if the organization wants to buy the tag with players from different clubs, then you need to negotiate on each individual case. For example, our players are still part of our brand, with them signed official contracts for a certain period. If the mix finds an organization, we will definitely enter into negotiations. We can immediately say that we are not planning to interfere with anyone or prohibit the transition, so the conditions will not be transcendental. As mentioned above, we are for the players to continue their careers and develop, even if our team, for some reason, did not succeed.
