Sergey Glamazda said that he saw Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko as the leader of the
PARIVISION roster even at the team formation stage due to their experience working together at
Virtus.pro.
The head of PARI Esports shared this on Twitch.
"I think there is a certain recipe for success. When I was putting the team together, I had already worked with DM and No[o]ne before, as I had been CEO of Virtus.pro for three years. I knew that No[o]ne had matured as a player and as a person, and that he would be able to lead the team. Then we were happy to welcome 9Class and Dukalis. We also had Remko Crystallis."
While working at
Virtus.pro, Sergey Glamazda also met Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin, and the rest of the players joined later. Talking about how Edgar “9Class” Naltakyan joined the team, the head of the esports organization noted that this player was recommended by Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko and future coach Filipe “Astini” Astini, who called him a genius who shapes the meta.
“It was No[o]ne and Astini. They said he was a genius who creates the meta. He's also a chill guy, but not online. He's not a very nice person online, but in real life he's just the best.”
Let us remind you that earlier Vladimir “No[o]ne” Minenko named the main problem of the
PARIVISION team, which the team must fix before The International.
