Danil “gpk” Skutin is happy that his story with Vitaly “Save-” Melnyk, captain of
BetBoom Team, ended with a victory in the grand finals of the BLAST Slam I tournament. This statement could be a hint that his career with
BetBoom Team is finally over at this championship.
The player made the corresponding statement in an interview with Cybersport.
“It's nice very actually that it was our story with Vitalik Save- so ended, we won the tournament... Because we spent so much time together. It's a shame for Egor, of course, that our trio didn't win. But in the end at least Vitalik and I did, and it's a significant result for us.”
Danil “gpk” Skutin played at BLAST Slam I as a stand-in for
BetBoom Team, replacing Gleb “Kiyotaka” Zyryanov. Before the grand finals of the event in the gaming community actively spread rumors that the player will remain in the team in case of victory.
Recall that in one of the interviews Vitaly “Save-” Melnyk said a similar comment about Danil “gpk” Skutin, which can also be regarded as a hint at the final departure of the player from the club.
