Danil "gpk" Skutin, the midlaner for BetBoom Team, stated that the team secured two maps in the grand final of BLAST Slam 1 thanks to his performance, earning the club its first-ever championship title.

This statement was made in a new video published on the team's official Telegram channel.

"Honestly, the final wasn't difficult. I decided a couple of games, of course"

According to him, the battle against Tundra Esports was relatively easy for a tournament final. Furthermore, he explicitly claimed that his gameplay determined the outcome of two decisive maps in the match. This might hint at Gpk's desire to return to BetBoom Team main roster, given his impactful performance.

Notably, he is not the only one to highlight the performance gap between the midlaners. A Team Spirit streamer also expressed a similar opinion, stating that the difference in midlane performance was a key factor in the tournament's grand final result.
