Danil 'gpk' Skutin, the midlaner for
BetBoom Team, admitted to using cheats when he was just starting to play Dota 2, which helped him win.
This confession came during an interview on the stream with Alexander 'Nix' Levin, published on Twitch.
"When I was about 11 years old, just starting to play Dota, I would download cheats for Meepo and crush opponents with auto Poofs. People would write and not understand if you were playing with skill or cheats"
According to him, this helped him showcase an incredible level of play, but opponents couldn't fully understand whether he was a professional or using cheats. He didn't specify how long this continued. It's unknown whether such an admission is grounds for an account ban for cheating; Valve has not commented on the situation.

Recall that earlier, gpk talked about the possibility of leaving
BetBoom Team and hinted at his plans in such a case.
