Jean "Gorgc" Stefanovski, the renowned Dota 2 streamer and player, expressed his interest in playing as a carry for
Gaimin Gladiators, possibly replacing Anton "Dyrachyo" Shkredov.
Gorgc made this statement during one of his Twitch streams.
"I would like to join... Well, as a streamer? I don't know, that still needs to be discussed. But as a player... I feel like I could handle the dyrachyo role in Gaimin Gladiators quite well. I might even be able to boost Gaimin Gladiators a bit, you know?"
From his words, it appears that the streamer is genuinely considering the possibility of becoming a Dota 2 esports player. Given his MMR of over 10,000 and a rank of 547 in the game, it wouldn't be unrealistic for Gorgc to play for a Tier-1 team as a professional player rather than just a streamer for the organization.
"I want to join a super good team so that I can get easy wins. And I want to join a team where I won't have to solo-carry because that's too exhausting. I feel like Gaimin Gladiators have good ideas, you know? Dyrachyo's job is to 'create space.' I feel like I can create space. Not as well as him, like Dyrachyo, I'm not a multiple Major winner. But I can try"
He acknowledged that he doesn't place himself at the same level as Dyrachyo but emphasized that he can still showcase a decent level of play. Gorgc also mentioned that he appreciates
Gaimin Gladiators lineup and their style of play.
Earlier, the Gorgc hinted that the new
Tundra Esports roster might break up this season.
