Janne “Gorgc” Stefanovski accused Michael “miCKKe” Wu of playing with a smurf account after losing a ranked match. The streamer stated that
Team Liquid's kerry continues to break the rules despite massive bans from Valve.
The incident occurred during the content maker's private broadcast on Twitch.
“I've logged him. He's a piece of ****** for playing smurf. I'll say it, I don't care. Everyone knows he's a piece of ******.
Valve literally banned all the smurf accounts of pro players, but he still keeps playing on them. What's in his head? He's stupid.
He's my former teammate and my friend, but he's dumb. I just hope he stops being like that.”
The ranked match ended with a victory for Michael “miCKe” Wu's team. The cyber athlete won the map on the
Muerta hero.
Earlier in the year, Valve conducted a mass lockdown of pro-player smurfs, after which cybersports players and well-known streamers began to play much more actively from their main accounts. Additional accounts were massively used to hide game strategies from opponents, as well as to speed up the search for matches on a lower rating.
Recall that earlier Janne “Gorgc” Stefanovski commented on his refusal to participate in the BetBoom Streamers Battle 7 Dota 2 tournament.
