Nigma Galaxy may have initially planned to recruit different players instead of Daniel "Ghost" Chan Kok Hong and Roman "rmN-" Paley, but last-minute changes altered their plans.
This hint was dropped by streamer Johan "Gorgc" Stefanovski during a live broadcast on Twitch. The relevant moment was published on the YouTube channel Ez Dotes.
"Nigma Galaxy presented Ghost and rmN- as the third and fourth positions, respectively. Wow. Okay, here's the roster, let's go. Apparently, they were conducting tests and such. I can only say that I heard and saw something different about these two players. They probably considered different candidates. Well..."
According to his words, the team was testing these two players, but the roster was initially planned differently. This is indirectly confirmed by the fact that the club had planned to announce the full roster by the end of 2023 but eventually admitted they wouldn't be able to do so.
It is possible that negotiations with potential players fell through at the last moment. Therefore, the club hurried to sign other candidates to start training for the closed qualifiers for BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024.
However, the club has not made any official statements about this, but fans and analysts have already criticized the new lineup, believing that it may not achieve high results in tournaments.
Nigma Galaxy Roster:
Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi
Syed Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan
Daniel "Ghost" Chan
Roman "rmN-" Paley
Kuro "KuroKy" Salehi Takhasomi
