Jan “Gorgc” Stefanovski stated that he does not intend to take sides in the lawsuit against the Gaimin Gladiators players but believes that the claim is exaggerated. In his opinion, the dispute involves not millions, but at most a few hundred thousand dollars.

The streamer shared his thoughts during a Twitch broadcast.

“I’m not going to take anyone’s side. Maybe they do deserve to be sued — I have no idea, so I need more details. But you can’t just file a lawsuit like that without any grounds, right?

In a way, of course, I’ll stand by my friends, so for now, I’ll give them the presumption of innocence. I don’t think they did anything serious enough to be sued, and I don’t think this will lead to anything. But how would I know?”

Gorgc expressed doubt that the Gaimin Gladiators players did anything truly punishable but admitted that such lawsuits don’t appear out of nowhere. Still, he believes that the organization is unlikely to have lost millions because of the players and can only expect to recover a few hundred thousand Canadian dollars at most.

“Gaimin Gladiators probably have some grounds to file a lawsuit, but definitely not for 7.5 million Canadian dollars — more likely just a few hundred thousand. We know too little about the players’ side since they haven’t shared any details yet, so we can only work with what we have.”

The streamer also noted that the players are in no rush to disclose any information but said he still tends to believe in their innocence until proven otherwise.
