Gaimin Gladiators players can hire a lawyer and file a counterclaim against the organization, demanding compensation.

This was announced by lawyer Viktor “Kasatik” Kasatkin during Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov's stream.

“I think the guys will chip in for one lawyer because they are in the same situation. They can file their counterclaims. This does not mean that if a lawsuit is filed against them now, they should just put up with it and fight back. They can also go on the offensive. In this case, they will at least be reimbursed for their legal costs, meaning they will not lose out”

The lawyer emphasized that the Gaimin Gladiators players are not obliged to simply wait for the court's decision — they can file a counterclaim. If this happens, the players will not only be able to defend themselves against the lawsuit, but also count on compensation for legal costs, and possibly even turn the situation to their advantage and receive compensation from the organization.

However, the players are in no hurry to reveal their version of events and are likely gathering evidence for their defense in court.
