Timur "Ahilles" Kulmukhambetov, the coach of 1win Team, stated that Gaimin Gladiators might have blamed Anton "Dyrachyo" Shkredov for the team's defeat at The International 2024, which became the real reason for his kick from the roster.

According to him, it's likely that GG lost several team scrims and then fell to Team Liquid in the grand final of TI13. This negatively affected the morale of the club members, and Dyrachyo was hastily made the scapegoat, Ahilles suggested.

He clarified that his comments are not a negative reflection on Alimzhan "Watson" Islambekov, who replaced the esports player. However, he believes that such a reshuffle was a rushed decision and could negatively impact the team's results.
