The captain of Gaimin Gladiators made a bold statement at The International 2024

Melchior "Seleri" Hillenkamp, captain of Gaimin Gladiators, stated that his team plans to win The International 2024, just as they did in the grand final of the Riyadh Masters.

The esports player made this statement in a new video on the club’s YouTube channel.

"We’re back at The International. It’s been a long time—a whole year. Last year we had an amazing run. We finished in second place, but it’s also frustrating when you get so close, dominating everyone until the final, only to be stopped."

He emphasized that GG was very close to their goal, but Team Spirit took the win. However, this year’s situation should be different. Seleri believes that his team will replicate their Riyadh Masters success and finally become TI13 champions.

"I really hope we can show that we can overcome this year. We’ve already done it at the Riyadh Masters 2024. I see no reason why we can’t do it here"

It’s worth noting that an analyst who predicted Team Spirit victory last year has named the winner of The International 2024.
