Jian 'xNova' Wei Yap believes that the results of tournaments such as ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 and the Elite League are the reason for the return of the Chinese pro Dota 2 scene.

G2.iG are currently playing in Group A at the ESL One Birmingham 2024 tournament. Based on the results of the first day of the tournament, the team had the best result of their group.

Team Liquid. While
Xtreme Gaming, who won the Elite League a week ago, show the worst result of Group B with two defeats.
