The Fluttering Breeze Arcana is finally available for purchase in Dota 2

Dota 2 players can finally buy or sell the Windranger Arcana — Fluttering Breeze — on the Steam Market. Previously, the item was only obtainable through the Winter 2024 Hero Hoard treasure.

The price of the Arcana is still stabilizing, so its final value remains uncertain. However, it’s worth noting that acquiring it now is much more cost-effective than opening the Winter 2024 Hero Hoard.

The reason is that the drop rate for Fluttering Breeze was extremely low. Many players had to spend around $130 to get it. To reach a 50% chance of dropping the Arcana, you needed to open roughly 43 treasures.

Many believe that due to its rarity and visual quality, the Arcana’s price is unlikely to fall below $70 anytime soon.
